Hi everyone!
As some of you may already know this Saturday was originally supposed to be an open session for anyone new to playing, however a few people have since dropped out so instead we are going to use it as a bit of a relaxed session amongst the few who wish to play. As it stands three of us are 100% playing on Saturday (Jonny, Scotty and myself), possibly Nath too pet? Little Connor was originally booked in to play the open session but if he is happy to rock out with us guys I'll drop Kirsty a shout tomorrow. Either way these small sessions always seem to be absolutely awesome so if you have a bit of spare disposable cash and/or wanna get some extra gun time (and I assure you with these sessions you always get A LOT of gun time) by all means drop me a shout.
On a side note, next Saturday (25th) is still a green light for a tourney players session and we'll also be filming a full 5 minute matchup so if you'd like to get in on the action we'd be honoured to have you come on down. Thanks again guys.
Details about Saturday are still below
We have an open Reball session available to anyone who wishes to try out Reball, friends, family, pets (okay maybe not pets) but so long as you're over 12 it's all good. Anyone under the age of 16 will need a consenting adult on site. You don't have to have any prior experience playing Paintball or Reball, this is strictly a lighthearted chance to play and try out the sport we love. I'll have full hire equipment available on the day which is free of charge to use. We're going to begin by quickly running through how to play, the rules etc then roll into some games and matches of various format. It is going to be held on the 18th June at Richard Rose Morton Academy on Wigton Road.
We will be setting up the court, safe zone and equipment from 12, games will begin at 12.30 and we'll run through until 15.00.
We have 9000 reballs on site, air fill between 3000 - 4500 and spectator viewing area should you wish to bring friends or family to enjoy the proceedings.
If you'd like to attend you can book your place by sending payment in full via paypal or cash in advance. My paypal address is:
jonnyblakey@googlemail.com
VERY IMPORTANT - Please pay 'Personal payment owed' when asked the type of payment. As I get charged otherwise. Please send a private mail to me when you have sent payment so as to document any and all transactions. This address will change as we jump ship to www.carlisle-reball.co.uk and it will change to a business payment format as we'll be trading then as a business, until then we are not making any profit. We're strictly friends playing and/or offering Reball games to others to build up a strong Reball community.
Thanks again folks and I'm looking forward to catching you all down on the day.
